1. Core application scenarios
1. Clean room pneumatic equipment
- Drive precision manipulators, positioning platforms, vacuum suction cups
- Risk: Oil/water/particles in the air can cause equipment jamming and displacement deviation
- Filter function: Provide ISO 8573-1 Class 1-0 air to protect moving parts
2. Panel cleaning and etching
- Compressed air is used to blow away residual liquid on the surface of the glass substrate
- Risk: Particles above 0.5μm can cause scratches, and oil mist can cause uneven coating
- Filter function: Multi-layer filtration (pre-filtration + activated carbon adsorption) to ensure zero air pollution
3. Laser cutting/marking
- Compressed air cools the laser head and blows away cutting residues
- Risk: Dust adheres to the laser lens and reduces accuracy
- Filter function: 99.999% interception of 0.01μm particles
