YUKA has developed a mechanical hand-integrated draining decice,thereby reducing energy waste and babor costs.
1. High performance filter media
YUKA condensing and dust removal compressed air precision filters use high-efficiency borosilicate glass nanofiber materials with 95% porosity,which provide excellent filtration efficiency and extremely high dust holding capacity. Strong impact strength!
2.Wound and folding composite filter media filter
YUKA precision filter cartridges are constructed using a unique process-wound and folding filter media filter,winding technology and deep folding technology. The folding increases the filter area by approximately 450% compared to conventional wound precision filter cartridges.Compared with ordinary other folding precision filter cartridges,the filter area is increased by about 200%,thereby improving the service life and reducing the presure difference and improving the filtration performance.
3.Filter media is specially treated
YUKA precision filter caridges are specially treated to provide oleophobic and hydrophobic properties to prevent liquid from adhering to the fibers of the filter media.This technology ensures that the dust space of the filter media of the precision filter is not occupied by the condensate,which reduces the pressure loss and energy consumption of the system.Compared to conventional filters ,YUKA’s coalescing filter combines multiple oleophobic and hydrophobic methods to ensure high performace and drainage capacity.The traditiona ordinary filter is difficult to achieve the above functions.
4.Advanced airflow control technology
The upper and lower body structures of the YUKA filter housing are integrated into noe body. The upper body part is collectively referred to as the tube head,the lower body is the tube dody, and the inlet of the tube head is desighned as a “horn” shape to reduces the resistance caused by gas turbulence; full flow desigh The nozzle is more airy.The new design replaces the old 90 degree straight angle with a diversion elbow inside the tube head,which greatly reduces the generation of turulence.The inlet guide elbow is increased from small to large filter,which can greatly reduce the preesure loss.An internal gas flow distributor is arranged on the upper part of the filter element , and the flow distributor can reduce the turbulent flow and effectively distribute the compressed air passing through the filter element, thereby improving the distribution efficiency of the air inside the filter element, so that the filter element can increase the filtration area and reduce the pressure drop.Howerver,the conventional ordinary filter is unevenly distributed ,so that the lower “wet band”in the middle of the filter element is occupied by the nubalanced filter medium and cannot be filtered.
5.Compact:lighweight and fully corrosion resistant
Advanced desigh concepts make precision filters more compact and lighter.All YUKA precision filter housings are cleaned ,degreased and specially preserved prior to sprayinng .Special processing provides excellent corrosion protection.All of the precision filter housings are coated with a strong, durable epoxy coating on the outer curface to further provide corrosion protection for the housing. YUKA precision filter housing provides 15 years of qualiy assurance,while ordinary filters begin to rot after noe to two years of use,which in turn leads to safety problems and secondary air pollution.
6.differential pressue indicator/differential pressure gauge
Due to the filter under different working conditions,after the filter medium and water have reached a certain service life,the filter element is occupied by the intercepting medium and causes the pressure difference after filtering, and the differential pressure indiactor plays an important role. Accuate instructions to remind you to change the maintenance,thus avoiding the serious impact of the gas source pollution.
7.Liquid level mirror
Since the copmpressed air contains a large amount of water and oil, the fitered liquid condenses on the surface of the filter element, and the liquid itself is stored in the static area of the filter housing and the filter gap.At this time,the liquid level mirror plays an important role. Sexual effect to see if the liquid inside the filter is within the standard range, to avoid excessive liquid being sucked into the air pipe again.
8.Manual and automatic integrated drain device
The liquid discharge device is collectively referred to as a drain in the market. In order to ensure the quality of the gas source,the liquid discharge device plays a key role in the whole filter purification system, and all the filtered liquid and fine impurites are discharged to the outside through the liquid discharge device.However,the automatic liquid discharge device is likely to be disabled due to serious pollution in the long-term and the daily artificial discharge is caused by human negligence.
